1. Controller

Tervan Analytics Nigeria Limited, registered in Nigeria (RC 1328746), is the controller for personal data processed on Vetrotest. Registered office: No. 7 Omo-Atu Lane, off Adiaken Primary School Road, Uselu, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. Contact support@vetrotest.com or +234 810 327 3700.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, optional phone, country, timezone, and role
• Organization data: workspace name, members, and candidate records you enter
• Assessment data: answers, scores, timing, code submissions, and result analytics
• Usage data: plan entitlements, feature usage, device/browser metadata needed to run the app
• Support messages you send to us

Payment card details are collected by Paddle, our merchant of record. We receive billing identifiers, plan, status, and limited customer details needed to provision your subscription. We do not store full card numbers.

3. Why we use it

We process this data to create and secure accounts, deliver assessments, enforce plan limits, provide analytics and optional AI features, take payment through Paddle, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, authentication, email, and Paddle for checkout and tax). We do not sell personal data. Organization admins can see candidate results for tests they assign.

5. Retention and rights

We keep account and assessment records while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for security and legal claims. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@vetrotest.com. Some records may be retained where we are required to do so.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, and theme preference. The service does not work without a signed-in session cookie after you log in.

7. International transfers

Vetrotest is offered worldwide. Data may be processed on servers outside Nigeria, including by Paddle and our hosting providers, with contractual safeguards where required.
