Refund Policy
Vetrotest is a paid digital IT service. You can cancel at any time. Subscription fees already paid are not refunded.

1. No refunds
Vetrotest is software as a service. Paid plans give access to the platform for the billing period you purchase. We do not offer a money-back guarantee, and we do not refund subscription fees for change of mind, unused time, unused credits, or cancellation mid-cycle.
2. Cancel any time
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period already paid, then the account returns to a free plan under the Terms and Conditions.
3. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For billing questions, email support@vetrotest.com or call +234 810 327 3700 from the account email. Tervan Analytics Nigeria Limited does not issue goodwill refunds on paid periods.
4. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits a right that cannot be excluded under the law of your country. Where such a right applies, contact support@vetrotest.com.
