1. Who we are

These terms are a contract between you and Tervan Analytics Nigeria Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with RC 1328746, trading as Tervan Analytics. Registered office: No. 7 Omo-Atu Lane, off Adiaken Primary School Road, Uselu, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. Vetrotest (https://vetrotest.com) is a digital assessment product of Tervan Analytics Nigeria Limited. The parent company website is tervananalytics.com.

2. The service

Vetrotest is software as a service. It lets individuals take practice and skills assessments, review results, and use related tools such as analytics, learning insights, and resume assistance. Organizations can create tests, register candidates, assign assessments, and export results. The service is delivered online. We do not sell physical goods.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Organization admins are responsible for members they invite.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Free plans have usage limits. Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly until cancelled. Amounts, included features, and renewal intervals are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date from Billing. Cancellation stops future charges. Fees already paid are not refunded. See the Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, including by:

• sharing account credentials or scraping content without permission
• attempting to reverse engineer scoring, leak question banks, or cheat on assessments
• uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• using the service to provide prohibited or deceptive products

6. Intellectual property

Tervan Analytics Nigeria Limited and its licensors own Vetrotest, the question catalog, software, and branding. You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a licence to host and process that content to operate the service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, plan limits, or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.

8. Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Tervan Analytics Nigeria Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for assessment outcomes used in hiring or education decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If a dispute cannot be resolved with us directly, the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
